# CrewNexo End User License Agreement

**Last updated:** 1 November 2026 · **Version:** 1.6

**CrewNexo is an independent planning and communication aid. Your airline's current official application, operational systems, approved documents and instructions are the authoritative sources. CrewNexo does not replace them. Always verify information there before acting.**

## 1. Provider and agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the CrewNexo iOS and Android applications, updates and related CrewNexo services (together, the "App"). The provider and licensor is **SilkIdea s.r.o.**, company number **07990073**, registered office **Kosova 1242/1c, Suchdol, 165 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic** ("SilkIdea", "we", "us").

**Your contracting provider is SilkIdea s.r.o. as a legal entity.** A founder, director, employee or contributor acting for SilkIdea does not, by that role or ordinary support communication, become a separate contracting provider or give a personal guarantee. Nothing here releases any person from liability imposed directly on them by mandatory law.

Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 311152.

Questions, support, complaints and claims: **[crewnexo@silkidea.com](mailto:crewnexo@silkidea.com)**; telephone **+420 724 672 400**; or write to our registered office.

These terms apply when they are presented to you and you validly accept them through the applicable installation, account or service flow. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over: eligible airline crew and their invited adult relatives or friends using restricted non-crew accounts. A family invitation is not an exception for children. You must have the legal capacity and permissions needed for your use. Work-email verification is not a verification of age, training, legal authority or employer approval. If you do not agree, do not accept the Agreement or use the service under it. Merely publishing this document does not retrospectively change an existing agreement.

## 2. Limited licence

Subject to this Agreement and applicable distribution-store rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control for your own lawful planning, reference and permitted communication/community participation. The App is licensed, not sold. You may not resell, sublicense or provide the App as a service to others without our written permission.

You may not copy or redistribute the App, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls or reverse engineer it, except where applicable law or a relevant open-source licence permits those activities. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Your rights in your own content are not transferred to us.

## 3. Official airline sources always take priority

CrewNexo is not an official airline application, crew-control system, dispatch system or approved operational source. It is not made, operated or endorsed by your airline merely because it can import that airline's roster or display its name, flights or codes.

**For your duties and operational decisions, the source of truth is your airline's current official application and systems, together with its approved documents, notices and instructions.** If CrewNexo differs from an official source, follow the official source and resolve any uncertainty with crew control or the responsible airline department before acting. CrewNexo never authorises you to disregard an instruction, reporting time, roster change, procedure or legal requirement.

You must independently check the current official roster, duty and reporting times, dates, airports, time zones, changes, qualifications and required approvals. CrewNexo may contain missing, duplicated, incorrectly parsed or outdated information, including information stored offline. A successful import or synchronisation does not establish that a roster is complete or current. Calendar entries, widgets, exports, comparisons and reminders are secondary copies and do not become official records.

## 4. Operational and feature limitations

- **Duty and rest information:** calculations, totals, warnings and suggested eligibility are informational. They do not determine legal compliance, fitness for duty, qualifications or your employer's approval. Check the applicable rules, the complete official records and your airline's instructions independently.
- **Line offers, swaps and plan checks:** an offer, match, chat or agreement between users does not amend the official roster or amount to approval by an airline. A displayed FTL check uses the available roster and the app's model, can be incomplete beyond the shown verification date, and cannot account for every airline rule, individual restriction, fatigue or real-world change. The service can filter offers or cancel a pending in-app arrangement after a roster change. Splitting an offer into days or grouping parts does not grant partial airline approval. Obtain all required approvals and confirm the resulting change in the official system.
- **Jump seats:** a request, response or discussion does not confer a reservation, boarding entitlement, security clearance or permission from the airline, aircraft operator, captain or any other required authority.
- **Crew FDP and country summaries:** a crew FDP time, including a discretion estimate, is an indicative calculation from an uploaded roster, not an authorisation to extend duty or confirmation of fitness or legality. The compatibility API can supply it to authorised same-flight clients without friendship even where current interfaces omit the display. Days-by-country summaries are estimates from available rosters and station/time-zone data, not evidence of actual whereabouts, tax residence or a certified tax/travel record. Verify any legal or professional use against the relevant official records and requirements.
- **Horizon and community content:** passport stamps, levels, milestones and country summaries derive from available roster data and estimates, not verified travel, qualifications or work performance. They do not reward additional flying, duty hours or sacrificing rest, and must not influence a safety decision. Layover tips and user photos are other users' contributions, not verified recommendations, a safety assessment or a promise that a place is suitable, open or lawful to access.
- **Airline imports and travel documents:** portal refresh and parsing can be incomplete or delayed and depend on airline access, network conditions and app activity. Where supported, confirming a HiFly planning change is your explicit action and should be checked against the official system. A downloaded General Declaration is a sensitive travel document, not a substitute for checking its current accuracy, validity and permitted use. Protect it and follow employer/border requirements. Indicative FTL checks depend on available history, airline assumptions, crew augmentation and acclimatisation inputs; no calculation certifies legal compliance.
- **Weather and airport information:** displayed weather, airport details and links are supplementary reference material. They are not an approved briefing, navigation or flight-planning service and must not be relied on for flight execution or safety decisions.
- **Calls and social tips:** voice calls do not replace emergency services, crew control or required operational communications. Group and meetup recommendations are suggestions based on available information, not confirmation of suitability, attendance, rest compliance or airline approval.
- **Notifications and connectivity:** alerts, delivery/read marks, automatic imports, background tasks and synchronisation can be delayed or fail. Delivery or a read mark is not acknowledgement or acceptance of an operational instruction. Keep using the airline's required communication channels.

Do not rely on the App for an emergency or safety-critical decision, or use it when doing so would distract you from safe performance of your duties. This Agreement, payment, a download or an account verification is not permission from an airline or aviation authority to use the App operationally.

## 5. Accounts, access and third-party services

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your devices and credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Verification of a work email confirms access to that mailbox; it does not certify your qualifications or make us your employer's agent.

Import, access and share only information you are authorised to use. You remain responsible for following your employer's confidentiality, information-security and device-use rules, your professional obligations, and the terms of airline portals and other third-party services. The App does not grant rights in an airline's software, roster documents, trademarks or other materials. Do not upload someone else's credentials or bypass an airline's access restrictions.

An invited non-crew account uses a verified ordinary email and the crew member's pre-approved one-way sharing scope. It need not have a work email or its own roster. Accept an invitation only if you are the intended recipient, check what will be shared and respect the crew member's revocation. A selected primary connection determines the plan displayed; it does not create access to anyone else's crew list or all airline records. Non-crew access is restricted and does not include crew discovery, tips/photo submissions and voting, Horizon, marketplace, jump seats or place counts.

Supported features can vary by device, app/server version and store-account country, including temporary regulatory restrictions on calling or cryptographic features. A feature is not promised in every region merely because it is described here. The app can report the store-account country (or a country-only Android SIM fallback) for these checks; this does not depend on where you fly or your current GPS position.

External services are provided under their own terms and can change or become unavailable. We do not control airline systems, communications networks, operating systems, app stores or the information other users provide.

## 6. User content and conduct

You retain rights you hold in messages, photos, videos, Live Photos, files, shared locations and other content you provide. You grant us only the rights reasonably needed to host, transmit, display, protect and moderate that content and provide the features you request, including limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. This is a non-exclusive licence limited to operating the requested feature, its permitted audience and necessary technical providers; it does not transfer ownership or authorise sale, unrelated advertising or external marketing reuse. For a winning photo it includes display in the in-app winners gallery while the entry remains, subject to your removal and legal rights. We do not acquire a permanent, irrevocable right to keep a deleted photo merely because it won.

For public tips/photos, ensure you have the copyright and other permissions needed, including an appropriate basis for identifiable people and confidential airline/customer material. Being able to see a document or photograph a person does not itself authorise publication. Do not photograph or post in breach of airport, security or employer restrictions or while doing so would compromise duties, safety or rest. Do not submit passports, General Declarations or identifiable colleague rosters to public community features.

Do not post unlawful material, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, content infringing another person's rights, confidential operational information you are not entitled to share, malware or spam. Do not impersonate others, misuse invitations, collect other users' data without authority or interfere with the service. These rules apply to all communication features.

You can block users, manage your blocks and calling permissions, and report users or content using the App's available controls or by contacting us. Blocking and reporting are separate actions; blocking does not erase previously delivered content. We may investigate reports, restrict distribution, remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect users or comply with law. Where required, we will explain the measure and provide a way to contest it. We do not verify every message, user identity, offer or factual claim before it is displayed. Public-facing text can undergo word checks; group/meetup metadata, layover-tip text and photo captions can undergo automated text-model checks. Three distinct reports can hide a public tip/photo pending review. These checks do not certify image safety and are not routine model inspection of private chat message bodies. Text can be rejected or an event restricted after a delayed check, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Correcting a model-rejected tip does not by itself override an independent report-based restriction. A tip refused after an offline submission can return to its author with its fields/photo for correction, while a later moderation restriction may hide an existing tip or entry from others. A “Not published” label does not establish that an attempted photo upload never reached storage. You can use the available editing/deletion controls or contact us for human review; an automated result is not a guarantee that all harmful content is detected or that the result is correct.

### Invitations and crew communication

A supported invitation can include its author's advance approval: showing or sending that invitation allows the recipient to complete the proposed connection by accepting it. Check its scope and recipient; do not forward an invitation beyond the intended people. Other flows still require a later author confirmation. Expired invitations cannot be accepted.

Crew-list visibility, multi-segment crew chats and role-based calls can include colleagues who are not your friends, as described in the Privacy Policy. The “nobody” calling setting has a narrow exception for a captain on the same flight during the last three hours before departure; blocking remains effective. A CrewNexo call or crew chat does not replace required airline communication channels or grant operational authority.

Ground-activity/simulator matching is based on available rosters, times/places/codes and short participant-derived tags that can collide. Membership and role matches can be wrong or stale, and later matched users can join. A roster change does not necessarily remove existing members. Check the audience before posting; do not use a participant match as proof of identity, qualification, attendance, confidentiality clearance or employer authorisation. Manage the ground-chat setting and leave a conversation when needed; blocking and data requests remain available.

### Hidden conversations, media and location

An inactive conversation is a personal list/notification state, not deletion or exclusion of other members. Muting, inactivity, hiding, leaving and erasure are different operations.

A “secret” or hidden chat is a personal display and local-lock feature, not a new confidentiality agreement or end-to-end encrypted channel. It does not hide the content from its other authorised participants or the service, delete it, or change its retention. Local unlock controls depend on your app version and device; do not assume an older app or another authenticated session provides the same protection. Neutral notifications reduce displayed detail but do not prevent the notification provider from processing delivery metadata or recall notifications already received.

Send only media, documents and location information you are entitled to share. Files can retain author details, comments, revisions and other embedded information; Live Photos can include a short video and sound. An optional chat location or layover-tip place shares a selected single point, not a live location feed or proof of anyone's current whereabouts. You can pick/search a place without using the device's current location. Using your current location centres the tip map without automatically choosing it as the publication pin. Select the intended point and check the displayed audience before submission. A tip point is visible to the tip's audience and may be copied into a meetup; remove or change it through the available controls when needed. Check the point and audience before sending. Map content and address lookup can be inaccurate. External maps, viewers and recipient devices may keep separate copies under their own settings and terms.

Supported formats and upload limits depend on the app and server version. The current media service accepts selected image/video types, PDF, office/text documents and ZIP archives; application installers, executable/script extensions and unlisted types are rejected. These checks do not certify that a file is safe or its contents are lawful.

Current server limits apply to **encrypted upload sizes**: 3 MiB for a photo or Live Photo still, 12 MiB for its video component, 102 MiB for a video, 26 MiB for a document/file, and 512 KiB for a preview. An account can create uploads totalling 500 MiB in a rolling 24-hour window and up to 60 main attachments per hour. Previews and Live Photo components count towards the byte allowance, as can pending or unsuccessful uploads with a created upload record; deleting a message does not reset the allowance. One MiB is 1,048,576 bytes. Apps may apply lower preparation limits, resize or re-encode media, or reject a file before upload. A quota is an upload limit, not a promise of permanent storage. Changes remain subject to section 8 and any applicable purchase agreement or mandatory rights.

Older apps may display an update notice instead of a video/file, only the still part of a Live Photo, or a location as text and a map link containing coordinates. Such fallback presentation does not remove the shared information from the service or guarantee the same viewing and local privacy controls. Update the App when needed to use the supported features.

Roster synchronisation to your own devices includes a separately sealed roster copy with crew names and automatic key handover to authorised devices on the same account. Protect device/account access; no separate pairing approval is required for each handover. A new device may need an existing device online, and names can be unavailable after all relevant keys are lost. The service-readable roster remains separate, and supported versions minimise the ordinary upload on the device, with additional server filtering and possible broader transmission by older clients. This feature is not a claim that chat messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Background encrypted uploads, gallery-saving controls and independent copies behave as described in the Privacy Policy. Saving received media is optional and off by default in supported versions, with hidden chats excluded; changing a setting later cannot recall an exported or already saved copy.

## 7. Privacy, storage and deletion

Our **[Privacy Policy](https://cnserver.silkidea.com/privacy)** describes personal-data processing, recipients, security, retention and your rights. The **[Delete your account](https://cnserver.silkidea.com/delete-account)** page explains deletion options. Both are available through the CrewNexo legal pages and the App's account/support links.

Accepting this Agreement is not blanket consent to personal-data processing. We request separate consent where it is legally required.

Chat messages, shared location payloads, media/files and related records follow the Privacy Policy. Standard direct/friend-group content cleanup is six calendar months after sending; other event content follows scheduled cleanup six calendar months after the event end (or start if no end is recorded).

Hiding, inactivity, muting, leaving, account deletion and erasure are not interchangeable. Account deletion does not automatically erase everything previously sent to others. Successful message deletion clears its text/location and removes its media; markers and restricted backups have separate treatment. Ground-derived data, purchase records, feedback, reports, EULA acceptance evidence and analytics-consent evidence also have their own purposes and periods. The Privacy Policy and deletion page explain these differences.

Public layover tips, weekly photo entries, votes and winners have separate periods: tips remain until removed; votes are deleted after evaluation; non-winners are scheduled for removal after 30 days from their week end; winners can remain in the gallery until removed without a fixed automatic expiry. These are not chat attachments subject to the six-month chat clock. Turning off Horizon display removes the server-displayed level, not your private passport. The Privacy Policy explains image-object deletion failures, public-report retention criteria and local/offline copies. Nothing here removes your statutory erasure rights.

Optional first-party usage measurement in consent-enabled versions is off until allowed on that installation. Refusal or withdrawal does not restrict ordinary functions. Withdrawal stops local collection and requests removal of that session's raw events; completion needs connectivity and service processing. Existing daily totals and the minimum evidence-of-choice record are separate. Ordinary account/EULA acceptance does not give analytics consent or waive privacy rights. A problem report can automatically attach the available roster-download diagnostic trail; a call-quality log is separately optional.

Chat and backup features are not a promise of permanent archival availability, uninterrupted delivery or recovery of every lost file. Keep authorised independent copies of important records. These limitations do not exclude mandatory data rights, security/update duties, conformity requirements or remedies.

## 8. Updates, availability and beta releases

We may provide updates to maintain security, compatibility and the service's operation. You should install applicable updates and check whether your device and App version remain supported. Valid reasons for a service change can include security or abuse prevention, legal compliance, compatibility with supported systems/airline formats, loss or change of a necessary third-party service, and technical improvements to maintain the service. This does not give an unrestricted right to remove a purchased benefit. Changes beyond what is needed to maintain conformity must satisfy applicable digital-service rules, including no additional charge where required. For a more-than-minor adverse change to a continuing consumer service, we will give the required advance information on a durable medium and the applicable right to terminate without charge, including the statutory 30-day window where it applies, unless the lawfully permitted alternative of keeping a conforming unchanged service is provided.

Beta and test releases may be incomplete or unstable. Features, formats and availability can change, and temporary data may be lost. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every airline format or integration, error-free results or continuous availability of third-party data. Beta status does not remove mandatory rights or our legal obligations concerning security, conformity or remedies.

## 9. CrewNexo Plus and purchases, where offered

### Free use and what Plus provides

CrewNexo has free functions and an optional paid Plus offer. Core roster import, plan/PDF viewing, basic crew communication and privacy/safety controls remain available without Plus. Eligible actions can show a Plus reminder with an equally usable **Not now** option that continues the action; a reminder is not an order or permission to charge you. Optional paid cosmetic benefits can include a supporter icon, extra app icons, chat themes and personal chat backgrounds, as listed before purchase. Plus removes the ordinary Plus reminders while active. Horizon, layover-tip participation and Photo of the Week are free for eligible crew. Plus does not increase a Horizon level, voting weight, entry quota or chance of winning, and invited non-crew core sharing/communication does not require Plus. It does not buy an airline assignment, jump seat priority, crew-control approval, access to someone else's data or an exemption from FTL or other rules.

Normal accounts have no ordinary Plus reminders during the first seven days after registration. Supported versions may then show one time-based reminder at each of days 7, 14 and 28 when the app is open and online; action-based reminders can also apply. Ordinary reminders are limited to one per day and the same action no more than once in seven days; after the third **Not now** for the same action, its reminders pause for thirty days. Offline, call and onboarding suppression controls still apply. Earlier app versions can use a later reminder schedule. A reminder alone never starts a trial or purchase, and declining keeps the permitted underlying action available. This reminder-free period is separate from a store subscription trial and does not create a subscription. Beta/review/internal-test settings can differ. Sandbox purchases are test entitlements; a production purchase requires store confirmation. Features and offers depend on supported version and region.

### Plans, prices and a trial

The reference euro prices for Plus, where these plans are offered, are **€2.49 per month**, **€19.99 per year**, or **€69.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase**. Monthly and yearly subscriptions may offer **one month free** to eligible store accounts. The exact offer, local currency, total charge, taxes where applicable, billing interval, eligibility and price after a trial must be displayed before you confirm the store purchase. Local prices and offers can vary by storefront; rely on the disclosed offer for that purchase. No trial is promised for every account, plan or repeat purchase. A changed offer for a new purchase does not reprice an earlier lifetime purchase or remove rights acquired under its original terms.

Monthly/yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period at the applicable disclosed price unless cancelled under the store's rules. An accepted free trial normally becomes the paid subscription shown at checkout unless you cancel in time. Cancel an Apple trial at least 24 hours before its end if you do not want the charge; for Google Play, cancel before the trial expires and follow any deadline shown in the offer. Starting a trial does not itself waive your applicable statutory rights.

A **lifetime** purchase is a one-time, non-renewing entitlement to the purchased Plus offering for as long as the CrewNexo service operates. For this offer, lifetime means the operating lifetime of CrewNexo. It creates no further recurring Plus charge. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever or that every future separately offered product is included. Any change, discontinuation or remedy remains subject to the purchased offer and mandatory consumer/digital-service rights; the word lifetime does not permit us to disregard those rights.

### Purchase, verification and restoration

Purchases use the App Store or Google Play and their applicable terms. Plus is associated with a CrewNexo account after store verification and can be recognised on its supported devices/platforms. A pending or unverifiable transaction can delay entitlement synchronisation. Cached/offline state can lag behind a renewal, expiry or refund; it is not a different billing period or an extra contractual trial. A store refund/revocation can remove the corresponding entitlement.

Use **Restore purchases** and the store account that made the purchase when needed. A purchase already associated with another CrewNexo account is not automatically transferable. If you lose/delete an account or cannot restore a legitimate purchase, contact us for proportionate verification and assistance; do not send full payment-card details. Changing device/platform or buying another plan does not automatically cancel a subscription in the original store. Store Family Sharing or other mandatory/permitted usage rules remain applicable; this account-linking description does not remove rights granted under those rules.

The optional supporter icon can be visible to people who can already see your profile in the features you use. It is on by default in supported versions and can be switched off in privacy settings. It does not display a price, receipt or card details. Buying Plus does not expand your audience or other users' data access.

### Cancellation, expiry and deletion

Manage or cancel a subscription through the store where you bought it: [Apple subscription cancellation](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428) or [Google Play subscription cancellation](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en). Cancelling normally stops the next renewal while the existing paid entitlement runs to its applicable expiry, subject to store rules and any refund/revocation. Cancelling a trial can affect its remaining availability under the store's offer; check the cancellation screen. Price changes must follow the store's required notice/consent process and applicable law.

After Plus expires, ordinary free functions remain available and Plus reminders may return; Plus-only cosmetic benefits can cease. Expiry alone does not delete your roster or chat content. Normal retention, moderation, account status and lawful service changes still apply. A one-time lifetime purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel.

**Deleting a CrewNexo account or uninstalling the App does not itself cancel a store subscription.** A store subscription can continue billing after account deletion until you cancel it. You can exercise a deletion right without surrendering a refund or purchase claim. The Privacy Policy explains which verification records can remain after the account link is removed.

### Refunds and mandatory rights

You can request a store refund through [Apple's refund process](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223) or [Google Play's refund process](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en), or contact us for help with a purchase or service issue. Eligibility depends on the transaction, applicable store process and law; no provision makes every purchase non-refundable or excludes a lawful claim against us.

Applicable rights concerning withdrawal, conformity, correction, a price reduction, termination, refund or compensation remain available. A consumer distance contract normally has a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion, subject to the legally applicable exceptions. Starting an ongoing digital service is not by itself a blanket loss of that right: any express request for early performance, proportionate charge for service supplied, or loss of the right after full performance must satisfy the relevant conditions. The distinct exception for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. A trial, default setting or this EULA alone is not that request or waiver. Use the optional form in section 14 or another clear statement, contact us by email/post, or use the applicable store/interface withdrawal mechanism. Cancelling future subscription renewal and withdrawing from a contract are different actions; a store refund workflow does not remove a statutory claim against the responsible trader. This Agreement alone does not create a subscription or authorise a charge.

## 10. Accuracy, warranties and liability

**The App's purpose is to assist, not to supply an official or operationally authoritative roster or decision. We do not give a contractual assurance that imported or displayed information, calculations, suggestions, user content or notifications are accurate, complete, current or suitable for operational reliance. You must verify them against the official airline sources described in sections 3 and 4.**

Subject to the mandatory rights below, the App is provided on an "as available" basis, without additional voluntary warranties. To the fullest extent that applicable law permits an exclusion, SilkIdea excludes liability for loss resulting from reliance on an inaccurate or outdated roster, calculation, reminder, match, message or third-party information; missed duty or transport; an unapproved swap or jump seat; service interruption; loss of data; and indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, income, opportunity or reputation. These exclusions apply only where they are lawful and do not shift to you a responsibility that the law places on us.

**Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.** This includes harm to life, health or other protected personal rights; fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence; rights of a consumer or other legally protected weaker party; mandatory rights concerning digital content and services, conformity and remedies; and non-waivable product-liability, privacy and data-protection rights. No provision requires you to waive a right in advance where such a waiver is prohibited. Where a disclaimer or exclusion cannot lawfully apply to you, it does not apply; the applicable statutory rules govern instead.

**Complaints and defects:** contact SilkIdea at the email/postal address in section 1, describe the issue and purchase/service concerned, your contact details and the remedy sought. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will provide the legally required acknowledgement and outcome information and handle a digital-service defect within a reasonable period appropriate to its nature and purpose. Where applicable, statutory correction, price reduction or termination/refund remedies apply. You do not have to diagnose the technical cause or first waive a claim by using store support.

If something is wrong, contact us using the details in section 1. Any statutory right to correction, repair, a price reduction, termination, refund or compensation is unaffected where applicable. We do not impose a special contractual time limit that shortens a mandatory period for a claim.

## 11. Ending use and changes to this Agreement

You may stop using the App at any time. To request account and data deletion, use the App's deletion control or contact us as described in the Privacy Policy and account-deletion page. Stopping use or removing the App alone does not delete a server account. Ending a licence does not require indefinite retention of your content.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, misuse, a security risk, a legal requirement or discontinuation of the service, subject to applicable law. Where appropriate and legally required, we will give notice and a reasonable chance to correct a breach; urgent protective measures may be immediate. Termination does not remove accrued rights, mandatory remedies or your data-protection rights.

For unlawful-content notices, use available report controls or email crewnexo@silkidea.com with a precise reference to the content/conversation and the reason you consider it unlawful, enough information to locate it, and contact details where needed for a response. Do not submit knowingly false reports. We assess reports with relevant context and applicable law, using the moderation methods described in section 6. Where the law requires reasons or a challenge route for a restriction, we will provide them; ask for human review at the same contact. This process does not promise that every statement is pre-verified, or replace urgent contact with competent authorities. Authorities can use the provider contact in section 1; correspondence can be in Czech or English.

We will identify revised terms by date and version and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes apply to existing users only through a lawful change procedure, including obtaining agreement where required. A new website version alone does not replace an earlier contract retrospectively. The provisions that need to survive termination to operate fairly, including accrued claims, ownership and lawful liability limitations, continue to apply.

## 12. Governing law and dispute resolution

This Agreement is governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply, including those of your habitual residence where applicable. You retain any right to bring proceedings before a court available to you under mandatory jurisdiction rules. There is no compulsory arbitration clause or exclusion of a lawful consumer forum.

You can first contact us to try to resolve a complaint. Where applicable, consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution through the **Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce)**; information is available at **[coi.gov.cz — consumer ADR](https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/)**. This does not prevent a court claim or a complaint to a competent regulator. If a provision is unenforceable, it is ineffective to that extent; the remaining provisions continue only insofar as the law permits.

## 13. Additional terms for Apple distribution

This Agreement is with SilkIdea, not Apple. SilkIdea bears responsibility for the App and its content, required support, applicable warranties, product and statutory claims, and investigating, defending, settling and discharging third-party claims that the App or your possession/use of it infringes intellectual-property rights, subject to applicable law. Apple does not provide maintenance or support for it.

On Apple platforms, the licence covers Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules and permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase use. Applicable Apple and other third-party agreements must also be respected.

If the App breaches an applicable warranty, you may contact Apple for reimbursement of its purchase price. Beyond that reimbursement, Apple has no warranty responsibility to the extent law allows; remaining warranty-related claims are SilkIdea's responsibility, subject to applicable law.

You confirm that you are not in a country covered by a US embargo or designated by the US government as supporting terrorism, and are not on a US prohibited-party list.

Apple and its subsidiaries are beneficiaries entitled to enforce this Agreement against you once you accept it. Questions, complaints and claims for SilkIdea use the address, email and telephone in section 1. These Apple-specific terms do not remove mandatory rights or permit liability exclusions prohibited by law.

## 14. Optional model withdrawal form

Use this form only if you wish to withdraw from a contract and the right applies. You can instead send any clear statement; giving a reason is not required. Send to **SilkIdea s.r.o., Kosova 1242/1c, Suchdol, 165 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic**, or **[crewnexo@silkidea.com](mailto:crewnexo@silkidea.com)**. A statutory online withdrawal function, where required for the purchase interface, is additional to these methods.

- I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the following digital content/service: CrewNexo Plus — specify plan/purchase.
- Ordered on / contract concluded on:
- Order/transaction reference, if available (do not provide card details or purchase credentials):
- Consumer name(s):
- Consumer address(es):
- Email for acknowledgement:
- Date:
- Signature of consumer(s), only if submitted on paper:

## 15. Community features and Photo of the Week

Use of Horizon and publication of tips or photos is optional and independent of analytics permission. Horizon is a personal roster-derived travel passport, with no crew-performance leaderboard or employment benefit. New crew accounts have level display off until enabled; existing accounts retain their stored preference. You can change visibility at any time while keeping the private passport. A retained preference is not a new blanket consent. Community profile display and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Layover tips have a selected crew audience and can be inaccurate or outdated. Describe your experience fairly, distinguish opinions from facts and do not submit knowingly false or unlawful claims about other people or businesses. Neither a useful reaction nor passing moderation verifies a place, activity or factual claim. An “older” label after 730 days is not removal. The available “Useful” reaction is account-linked while held and can be removed; only aggregate helpfulness information is shown to the author, rather than a public list of reactors or a global popularity ranking. There are no separate user comments on tips in the current feature. Public photos are delivered using service-accessible storage and expiring links, not the chat-media encryption mechanism.

When you submit a new tip offline, its text, selected point and photo can be kept locally and sent automatically when the app can reconnect; saving it to that submission queue is an instruction to send it later. A returned rejection can be corrected or discarded. A map/search provider and a linked external site can process requests even before or without publication; opening an external link is not our endorsement of that site. The Privacy Policy explains local copies, uploaded-but-unused public images and the separate map-provider data flow.

“Create meetup” can prefill a new draft with a tip's text and location/map link; it does not itself select invitees or publish the event. Check its audience, time, place and rights to reuse the content before submitting. Creating the meetup does not make the tip author its organiser or a participant and does not grant broader rights to restricted or third-party content. A submitted meetup is a separate event copy and does not automatically disappear if the source tip is changed or removed.

The voluntary **Photo of the Week** feature is organised by SilkIdea. Its [Photo of the Week Rules](https://cnserver.silkidea.com/photo-week-rules) apply to entries and voting and must be available before you participate. Entry and voting are free for eligible adult crew, with no purchase advantage, cash or material prize; the award is in-app recognition and winners-gallery display. Apple, Google and airlines do not sponsor or administer it. The rules explain the UTC week, limits, selection, moderation, withdrawal and retention. Posting is not general consent to process other people's personal data, and winning does not waive removal or other mandatory rights.
